The Max Challenge is not like any gym in Lacey Township NJ that you have ever been to. We are a lot more than a place where you come to lift weights or walk on a treadmill. We are a fitness challenge where you come to learn about nutrition, receive personal coaching and inspiration for physical activity. We welcome people of all fitness levels. If you have taken The Max Challenge before, we welcome you back any time.

Our coaches modify any exercise to your fitness level. As you progress, the exercises progress along with you. We make the ten-week challenge fun and exciting. By combining the right cardio and strength training, we help you burn calories faster. When you can see results, you are more likely to stick with the ten-week program. Our fitness challenge is designed to help with every aspect of your wellness.

We make it possible for you to lose weight at the right pace. We do not advocate endless hours on a treadmill or doing juice cleanses for days on end. We do encourage you to engage in regular and intense physical activity and to combine it with a healthy food plan; we facilitate your weight loss goals. When you start The Max Challenge, you learn how to set achievable goals and measure your progress toward them. As you progress through each class, you will see results in how you look and how you feel.
