When a leader allows you to learn from a failure, they are also eager for you to prosper and grow. Taking a risk is good for everyone who is involved. This does not mean that a leader will want you to fail; but rather that you should fair or experience some level of hardship in order to ensure you learn some type of valuable lesson. These are the leaders who understand that failure does not have to be fatal.
